With a deep passion for real estate, Sophia Silici joined Gardner Team Real Estate as a spring/summer intern in 2024. Within three months, her dedication and drive earned her a full-time role as a Marketing Assistant, where she continues to expand her knowledge, refine her skills, and gain hands-on experience in marketing, listing, and transaction coordination. Now proudly holding her Oregon Real Estate License, Sophia is deepening her role, focusing on all aspects of marketing and listing coordination—a pathway that will prepare her for other vital positions within the team and, eventually, an Apprenticeship with Jason Gardner as an active Realtor.

Sophia plays a key role in creating engaging lifestyle, community, and real estate content for social media, ensuring Gardner Team Real Estate stays top-of-mind. She also coordinates pop-by gifts, assists with community events, and contributes to maintaining the office flow and culture. Her daily contributions enhance agent support and elevate the client experience, and her joyful presence is an asset to the team.

Her ultimate ambition is to become a Realtor on a thriving real estate team. Supported by mentorship, proven systems, and hands-on experience, she is committed to helping clients navigate their real estate journeys with care and expertise. She looks forward to guiding people toward their dream homes and making a lasting impact in their lives.

Through in-depth exposure to company goals, office culture, high-level marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and personal branding, Sophia is building a well-rounded foundation. She is gaining essential business administration skills, refining time management, mastering workflow systems, enhancing coordination & project management, and developing expertise in client relationship management and referral-based business. Her journey also includes volunteering, community involvement, ongoing training, and continuing education, all while learning from the daily operations of one of Oregon’s top-producing Principal Brokers. This immersive experience provides her with a realistic perspective on the dedication and commitment required to succeed in real estate.

A Sherwood native and 2023 Sherwood High School graduate, Sophia demonstrated leadership and team spirit as captain of the Varsity Arrows Dance Team. When she’s not contributing her talents at the office, she can be found crafting the perfect cup of coffee at Dutch Bros in Sherwood, where she continues to hone her customer service and multitasking skills.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring local eateries, indulging in retail therapy, and creating lasting memories. Sophia is thrilled to be part of the Gardner Team and is excited for the opportunities and experiences ahead as she builds her career in real estate.
